Refund policy
At Okay Kids we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, fabrics, or anything at all, please reach out to us! We hope that you are in love with your purchase, but in the case that you need to return an item, please reach out to us at shopokaykids@gmail.com. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or inform us of any issues with your order.
We accept any unworn and unwashed items purchased and will refund your item once it has been returned and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show up on your original payment. Since Okay Kids is an independent and self-funded company, we must take a $5 shipping and restocking fee per item from your refund. If you prefer to take store credit, this fee will be waived.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please reach out if you want to make an exchange so that we can make the process as smooth for you as possible!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
